Sea.rho7 is an AI-powered study platform, provided by NinthCoreAI, based in Agartala, Tripura, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Sea.rho7, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
A Note on Age and Parental Consent
Sea.rho7's Classroom is used by K-12 students, many of whom are under 18. Because of this, Classroom accounts are created and held by a parent or legal guardian, not the student directly. To open a Classroom account, a parent must confirm their email address via a verification link, and complete a subscription payment (payment requires an adult's payment method, which serves as an additional layer of confirmation). We do not store payment details on our servers. Without this parent verification and payment step, Classroom access is not granted. Professional Mode, intended for adult developers and professionals, only requires users to confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google:
- Your name and email address, used to identify your account and save your progress
As you use Sea.rho7's classroom:
- Questions you ask and the answers you receive, so we can save your notes and let you review past topics
- Your subject, class level, and topic selections
- Your daily study streak (current streak, longest streak)
- Optional information you choose to provide: a learning goal, a preferred explanation style, or a career interest
If you use Professional Mode:
- Your questions and the AI-generated responses, kept separate from classroom activity
- Your subscription/payment tier status
If you choose to connect third-party accounts (Notion, Vercel, GitHub, Netlify):
- An access token that lets Sea.rho7 act on your behalf on that platform
- We do not see or store your password for these services - only a token that Notion/Vercel/GitHub/Netlify issue to us directly
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the core service: answering your questions, tracking your streak, saving your notes
- To personalize your experience, such as adjusting explanations to your stated learning style
- To let you save content to, or deploy content to, third-party accounts you've explicitly connected
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Third-Party Services Involved in Providing Sea.rho7
To generate answers, Sea.rho7 sends your questions to one or more AI providers (which may include Google Gemini, OpenAI Codex, Cerebras, and Anthropic Claude). These providers process your question text to generate a response; please refer to their own privacy policies for how they handle data sent to their systems.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and activity history for as long as your account is active.
Your Rights
You can ask us to show you what data we have about your account, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account and associated data, by contacting us at ninewolves@ninthcoreai.in.
Grievance Officer
