Sea.rho7 is an AI-powered study platform, provided by NinthCoreAI, based in Agartala, Tripura, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Sea.rho7, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
A Note on Age and Parental Consent
Sea.rho7 includes school-student features. For student surfaces that require guardian verification, a parent or legal guardian confirms an email address through a verification link. Verified users can start with the free daily allowance; payment is not used as proof of age or guardianship. We do not store payment card or bank details on our servers. Professional Mode is intended for adults.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google:
- Your name and email address, used to identify your account and save your progress
As you use Sea.rho7's classroom:
- Questions you ask and the answers you receive, so we can save your notes and let you review past topics
- Your subject, class level, and topic selections
- Your daily study streak (current streak, longest streak)
- Optional information you choose to provide: a learning goal, a preferred explanation style, or a career interest
If you use Professional Mode:
- Your questions and the AI-generated responses, kept separate from classroom activity
- Your subscription/payment tier status
If you choose to connect third-party accounts (Notion, Vercel, GitHub, Netlify):
- An access token that lets Sea.rho7 act on your behalf on that platform
- We do not see or store your password for these services - only a token that Notion/Vercel/GitHub/Netlify issue to us directly
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the core service: answering your questions, tracking your streak, saving your notes
- To personalize your experience, such as adjusting explanations to your stated learning style
- To let you save content to, or deploy content to, third-party accounts you've explicitly connected
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Third-Party Services Involved in Providing Sea.rho7
To generate online answers, Sea.rho7 may send the text needed for your request to one or more service providers, including Google Gemini, OpenAI, Cerebras, Anthropic, Groq, Tavily, Amazon Web Services, and Sarvam AI, depending on the feature you use. These providers process only the information needed to perform that feature and operate under their own privacy terms.
Voice, Speech and Translation
If you choose a voice feature, your browser records a short microphone clip and sends it to Sea.rho7, which forwards the clip to Sarvam AI for speech-to-text processing. Sea.rho7 does not intentionally save the raw microphone audio after the transcription request completes. The resulting transcript may be used as your question and may be stored in your Sea.rho7 activity history in the same way as typed questions. Text sent for translation or voice generation may also be processed by Sarvam AI. Sarvam AI's own retention and processing practices are governed by its privacy terms.
Data Retention
We retain account information and saved activity while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion through the account-deletion resource below; limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or legal obligations.
Your Rights
You can ask us to show you what data we have about your account, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account and associated data, by contacting us at ninewolves@ninthcoreai.in.
Grievance Officer
If you have a complaint or concern about how your data is handled, you can contact our Grievance Officer at ninewolves@ninthcoreai.in. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within the period required by applicable law and our published grievance process.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Sea.rho7 changes. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your sea.rho7 account and associated user data at /delete-account. This resource works even if you no longer have the Android app installed. Some limited records may be retained when required for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, payment, or regulatory obligations.
Reporting AI-Generated Content
The sea.rho7 Android app includes an in-app reporting feature for AI responses. You can also report problematic AI-generated content on the web at /report-content.
