Sea.rho7 is an AI-powered study platform, provided by NinthCoreAI, based in Agartala, Tripura, India. By using Sea.rho7, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who Can Access What
Activities (Languages, Chess, Guitar, Animation, Gardening, Civic Sense, Science Projects): Open to anyone. No account or age declaration required.
Classroom (AI-powered lessons, streaks, Learning Journey, notes): Intended for K-12 students. Because our students are often under 18, access to the Classroom requires a parent or legal guardian to create and hold the account. To create a Classroom account, a parent must: (1) provide their own email address and confirm it via a verification link we send, and (2) complete a subscription payment. Since payment requires an adult's payment method, this serves as an additional confirmation that the account is being opened by a parent or guardian, not the student directly. We do not store payment card or bank details on our servers; these are handled by our payment processor, and must be re-entered at each renewal. Without completing this parent verification and payment step, Classroom access is not granted.
Professional Mode: Intended for adult developers and professionals. Users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older to access Professional Mode.
3. Parent/Guardian Accounts for Classroom Access
If you are creating a Classroom account on behalf of a student under 18:
- You confirm that you are the student's parent or legal guardian
- You consent to Sea.rho7 collecting and processing the data described in our Privacy Policy, on the student's behalf
- You may request to review, correct, or delete the student's data at any time by contacting us
- You will receive periodic updates on the student's progress, including a weekly summary of topics studied and areas that may need more attention
4. Payment
Classroom access requires a subscription. We do not store your payment card or bank details on our servers - these are handled directly by our payment processor. You will need to provide payment details again at each renewal, since we do not retain them.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Sea.rho7 for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Share your account access with someone the account wasn't created for
6. AI-Generated Content
Sea.rho7 uses multiple AI providers to generate answers and content. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Sea.rho7 should support learning, not replace a teacher's or parent's judgment.
7. Third-Party Connections
If you choose to connect third-party accounts (Notion, Vercel, GitHub, Netlify) in Professional Mode, you do so under those platforms' own terms as well as ours. You can disconnect these at any time.
8. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will do our best to communicate significant changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sea.rho7 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NinthCoreAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Sea.rho7.
Because Sea.rho7 generates responses using AI, we do not guarantee that any answer, explanation, or piece of generated content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Sea.rho7 should be used to support learning, not as a substitute for a qualified teacher's judgment, especially for graded assessments or exam preparation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Sea.rho7 will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law.

If you have a complaint or concern, contact our Grievance Officer at ninewolves@ninthcoreai.in. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within 90 days.
